In my 15 years of professional experience, I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of tech companies, from high-growth startups to top tier public companies. I specialize in product development and analytics, leveraging my data skills to tackle some of the most challenging global problems of our time. I’ve helped organizations navigate the rapidly changing tech landscape and VUCA world in which we live, whether supporting startups to disrupt the status quo or spearheading innovation for established tech companies with blue ocean strategies. In my current role at Meta, I lead growth initiatives that help bring more people online to a more inclusive internet, dissolving barriers of affordability, access, and safety. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a unique blend of skills at the intersection of technical, business, and interpersonal domains. Deeply passionate about personal and professional growth, I have also pursued two master’s degrees — an MBA and an MS in Business Intelligence & Analytics.

Beyond my full-time work in tech, I’m committed to giving back to the community. I help others find success by offering professional mentorship and career coaching, and I provide pro bono consulting for nonprofits. I founded Modern Way Coaching after recognizing the need for specialized mentorship in tech.
